[It seems like on the other side of the door is a well-lit hallway that goes on for about fifty feet before ending at another doorway. You can't quite tell what's past that doorway though.]

Just to try. Rutile is going to get up to his feet, take a few steps back, and then throw himself at the door in a body slam.

Not that his twinky self will be able to manage much, but, ]

As the lights flick on, Rutile looks at the walls, then. Anything on them? Any windows? ]

[There are no windows, but there is a mirror!]

[ Anything out of the ordinary about the mirror? ]

[You see a familiar person with a green beanie and a red spotted scarf in the reflection.

The scarf is pulled back just far enough to reveal a collar around his neck. He looks concerned in the reflection too, like he's just discovered something scary.]

If Rutile has any control over the reflection, he'll try to touch the collar. If not, he'll lean forward to see if he can see anything significant on it. ]

[When Rutile reaches up, the reflection reaches up, touching the collar. If Rutile leans in close, he will see that it is primarily made of wires, with a small grey box with a display screen at one spot in the front.]

Down the hall the group walks, down and down, until they reach the end of the next doorway. And once they step through, they will find a group of people. Some of them look terrified, others confused.
