It starts with Aerith, and the God of Conflict. It starts with Yoon not making it in time and watching his dear friend get sliced across her torso – Jordi's nightmarish spirit looms over her corpse, what was once Aerith, so full of life.
Next is Aubrey, then Mafuyu and Arven. Dead, slain in the same way and by the God of Conflict's hands. He makes his rounds. He drags Haruka into the shadows and Ai is next with both of them screaming in horror. Soujuurou gets cut down chasing after them. The God grabs Schneider's gun and shoots her, and then he grabs Celeste and slams him into a wall. Sayaka and Fray are in the middle of sharing a friendly dance only for them to be cut where they stand. Kaine and Maika are both thrown back into Yoon's Palace where they are made to take damage for one another again and again and again - to say nothing of the others, too, like Eli, Aaron, Sunrise, Atem himself...
Then, the bodies of his friends from home surround him. The Dragons. Hak. Ik-soo. They all stare at him lifelessly before their corpses drop to the ground, right on top of where all of the corpses of Yoon's friends from Sunset City are.
The only one left standing is Yona, glaring daggers into him. She speaks.
Yoon...
...It's all your fault.
Yoon is motionless. Speechless. Scared and feeling very much alone. ]
[ He has, unfortunately, been easily tricked. He seems to be calmer now, but he'll move in and throw his arms around Haruka without warning. He's sort of a sobbing mess right now, but he's just glad his friend is alive – ]
I...I don't want anything to happen to you. Please...don't die...
[??!?! Hugs?? Hugs for Haruka? That's a new development, but he doesn't protest because Yoon is having a rough time right now, and he's not too bothered.]
I'm not going to die, don't be so worried.
[And he gets a head ruffle!!]

...Ah! Haruka is right (14), this is what he needed. Yoon seems to snap out of his state, even if he's still pretty sniffly and teary. He pulls back from Haruka. ]
