Eventually you come upon the dining hall and kitchen. Servants are hurrying left and right preparing for tonight's feast. Unlike the village, there's almost an over abundance of food laying around: fresh fruit such as figs and pomegranates, honeyed bread, cheese, and barrels of wine.

Feel free to help yourselves! Or you can even ask the servants what's happening.

Hey. Is this what people normally eat here, day to day?

"Oh, a visitor...?" She seems surprised. "I didn't know we were allowing guests into the palace."

Maybe she'll get to leave soon...?

"Yes, this is what we normally eat. We're preparing ready for dinner actually. I assume you'll be joining us as a guest of the Pharaoh?"

Who normally plans out the meals? Is there someone who orders for the food and everything?

There are some bones with strange notches scattered around the table. They almost look like dice.

[ those do Not look like modern dice so he's reaching for them to bring them a little closer so that he can look at them. ]

...She is not actually hungry but she figured she should eat just to be safe. It would be lame if she collapsed later. ]
