( another week, another palace- and far be it from us to deny tradition. through bickering, wandering and other shenanigans, the group from argenti's palace will find themselves at an agreeable izakaya- not entirely meals, and they definitely have to make an argument for the younger teens, thank you izou, but the atmosphere is light and more importantly, this bad boy can fit so many customers at one group table. it was a hard battle- so now it's time to rest hard, too.

How wonderful! I always love to learn about different places and what kind of food they have...amongst other things of course.

Food is a good way to bond with others. I for one am glad you embrace it as a way to learn about other places -- you are doing well.

It's how you can learn about others whether they make the food or are enjoying it with you! Food connects us in so many ways!

Many of us here got along after one of these palaces. While I'm sure overcoming it broke the ice, the calm afterwards, with food, must have solidified the forming bonds.

[And now Falin is part of it all! Rescuing Argentinian would have been more difficult without Falin]

You're right...even back at home when we would complete a floor of a dungeon and find a spot to rest...we would always make food together. It was a great way to get to know party members.

[ Falin took another sip of her beer. ]

Oh! Yes, back home there's a dungeon that people were exploring. We would assemble a party and begin to go down each floor. My brother and our friends made it pretty far, actually!

Why are dungeons needed? I have never seen any...before these palaces.

Dungeons are ancient structures that were made to keep the monsters from other dimensions spilling into our world. Some of them are made by a mage, some of them are naturally occurring structures. We traverse them for supplies, learn about the monsters inside...even the magic that is attached to them can be a mystery!

[ Falin wishes she had that spell book, it would be so much easier to explain. ]

...they sound like something that is best left alone, if they are meant to keep entities trapped in them.

[Why are you all going into the proverbial Pandora's Box, guys, there's got to be supplies and learning somewhere else]

Well the problem is that there are resources people need inside the dungeons. Plus, it's not within our best interest to leave them alone: if overcrowded the monsters could leak out into our world which may be a problem for certain people.

[ Falin smiled despite the conversation being so serious. ]

Plus, we wouldn't get to meet such interesting people, if not for traversing them.
