( another week, another palace- and far be it from us to deny tradition. through bickering, wandering and other shenanigans, the group from argenti's palace will find themselves at an agreeable izakaya- not entirely meals, and they definitely have to make an argument for the younger teens, thank you izou, but the atmosphere is light and more importantly, this bad boy can fit so many customers at one group table. it was a hard battle- so now it's time to rest hard, too.

[LIKE HE DOESN'T WANT TO SAY TO ARGENTIS FACE HIS CULT SUCKS BUT THAT IS WHAT HE THINKS, A LITTLE.]
If it ever gets too much for ya, you'll call on all of us, yeah?

[ Izou could probably get away with denouncing it a little...though he would reflexively be inclined to dislike words against Idrila, and speak against it. Cults are bad, fam. ]
...If it does not trouble any of you so. Though, by the time that it does, I am not sure what can be done.
[ Unless people want to try to find and kill Idrila. The other option is that he thinks by that point people would need to put him down, but he is not about to like...say that right now, considering.
Or perhaps the strangest thing about it is how before he felt he could face it all alone...but now, he feels he doesn't want to. Maybe, he never wanted to in the first place. ]

[This really makes him sound like a demon doesn't it. Having an arcane summoning ritual.]
Kinda messed up now that I'm thinkin' about it. Makin' us come here and make friends and then sendin' us back alone again.
[At the start it was a welcome part of the promise when he was thinking he was just here to do a job and be done with it. But now...]

That is going to be quite a difficult hurdle to overcome. Unless the Goddess has a way of ensuring we can find a way to travel between universes, or the like, no matter one's general state of being.
[ Argenti is not entirely sure on whatever else may have been said during that one other meeting he was at with the Goddess because he was kind of having you know. The Palace Problem and literally running at the first chance he got...RIP. ]
Perhaps it may be too much to hope, but I shall pray it possible that we all have ways to keep in contact with one another even if we do part ways. I am no stranger to having to do so, and yet, the bonds I have made here...I feel that they have been some of the most important ones I've ever had in years. I have no shame in admitting that I would feel great sorrow, if no further contact were possible.

...Yeah! I mean, if she's got the power ta bring us and send us back, she aughta have the power to do that! Especially since we're helpin' her get her powers back, right? At least let us come back here ta meet up or somethin'...
no subject
Exactly!
And even if she may be reluctant at the idea, we can all collectively reminder her that a meeting like that symbolizes the bonding we've made!
[ So clearly it will benefit the Goddess who is all about bonds too. Sounds like a win/win situation to him! ]

Be really nice if I could bring Fujimaru too but that's probably askin' too much.
no subject
[ The only hurdles will be an issue of power and she already brought them here from their respective worlds...so he doubts that'd b much of an issue. ]
Fujimaru is a good friend of yours, yes?
Maybe since it's a close bond the Goddess will feel merciful?
no subject
[IS Fujimaru his friend??? I mean, he likes her a lot, and she's nice to him... but at the end of the day isn't he just doing a job for her??? No, no, if she was here... he knows what she'd say.]
Yeah. She's the one who summoned me, and even though she's got all sorts of servants ta rely on, she trusts me a lot.
no subject
Maybe. He has heard of the name at least once before, if his memory serves correctly. ]
She sounds like a wonderfully reliable friend. I've not heard you speak on her much all that often, however.
But, it is clear that the bonds between you are strong, and I hope that continues to remain the case.

[The two most unflappable yet unassuming women he knows.]
no subject
Oh? So she is not only reliable, but also like quite the courageous young woman!
I do hope I truly get the opportunity to meet her someday. She must have quite the many and beautiful tales of the adventures or battles that she has doubtlessly been in.
After all, it sounds like from what you've said, she gets into them quite often, and she has had to rely on you many times before.
Though if we are speaking of other friends, I do wonder if she would get along well with the Trailblazer.
no subject
[And now she has to do it again... which is like. Rude. Give Fujimaru a break.]
Who's the Trailblazer?
no subject
[ Please! She needs to rest!! As for the question, Argenti decides to answer at first broadly, and then less so. You know, standard yapping-fare. ]
The Trailblazer is a friend that I have met while on my travels. He is part of this group of fellow companions called the 'Nameless', and from what I recall they're trying to explore the galaxy to reclaim their previously charted paths as well as make new ones. Along the way they've helped others in their travels incidentally too.
Now, speaking in less broad terms, he's a person who has an enduring courageous spirit, a splendid sense of humor, and the great capacity to bring many people from differing backgrounds into his companionship. He is also a fierce fighter, which I found out upon challenging him quite so many times, naturally!
