[ Sayaka and McGillis step towards the Northern road. McGillis may catch the sight of doves in flight, while Sayaka may catch bright diamonds along the road. But before long, the following scenes appear before their very eyes:
An old knight is speaking to a certain red-haired boy; the older knight wears brilliant armor while the boy looks like he just crawled through the dirt.
They are positioned around a campfire, their surroundings dark. Occasionally the boy casts his gaze over somewhere in the distance where there are bright lights followed by the telltale sound of explosions, but then he turns his attention back to the older man as he tells speaks the following about a world full of Beauty.
"It was a world bathed in amber, draped in undisturbed stillness, where every being shed tears for the magnificent wonders veiled beneath its surface.
The boy then asks about Idrila, the Goddess of Beauty.
The old man tells the boy that the Aeon is known to be missing, rather than dead as people claim that THEY are, and, as proof of this undying faith, proclaims these very words with great confidence:
"Rumor has it that Idrila, after embarking on a journey spanning numerous cycles of Thirteen Amber Eras, will make a triumphant return to the universe during the elusive thirteenth month."
Then, he asks the boy if he wishes to hear of many more tales. Tales about the Knights of Beauty. Except... ]
