[ soujuurou yells out his name, reaching out to the figure of yoon-- but sees him disappear in the blink of an eye. the young man grits his teeth, racing towards the flower and pivoting his body into kicking it with as much strength as he can manage.

he doesn't know what to do with that memory. he has no idea what that could have meant-- but he understands fear very well, and that's enough to get him to react. ]

You're safe! We'll protect you, Yoon!

Soujuurou... That's not what he wants.

[ that's a sentiment that soujuurou doesn't receive often. even after atem says it, he has a hard time processing it-- not because he doesn't believe it, but because he simply doesn't know what to do with it. ]

But if it's manifesting like this...does he feel like he can't? [ ... ] And then I went and attacked him, too...

[ soujuurou feels just the slightest bit of guilt. ]

[He rests one hand on the Millennium Puzzle, squeezes hard so the sharp edges bite his skin.]

We need to reconvene with the others. Heal the injured.
