[It's not entirely surprising when he's the one being reeled in like some kind of fish on a line, but it does get Lumen to drop his wand, which is something, considering Aaron was trying to disarm him way back in round two.
The headbutt is nearly met with a bite (would that have ended poorly? Who knows!), but the angle is just wrong enough - and Lumen is just quick enough - that the snap is ineffective.
Unfortunately, the Bless very much is not, and it makes him drop his whip entirely and end up skidding back away from Lumen, hitting his knees and coughing from how hard the spell hit him.
Disarmed for now, and with distance between them, attempts a Maeiha, and whiffs on all counts (5, 8, 10, 6), though if one does happen to hit some algae that would be incredibly lucky and merciful and is entirely up to Ray.]
