You'll need to make sure you eat before the exhaustion sets in.

S'not like I did all that much-

[He says, but then as he starts to climb out so he can help Mafuyu out, it hits him in a wave. (Adrenaline wore off.) He feels sore like he's been doing strength drills for hours and tired like he hasn't slept in days. It's not something he hasn't felt before but it's unexpected this suddenly.
