[Kirumi arrives a tad later than the rest, because she has to take the time to heal herself. Once she's not so hurt, she comes closer, seeing Shadow Izou there]

You are being too harsh on yourself. You yourself know Ryouma was never disappointed in you. You did well.

I may not know if what you did was as good as you or others might have hoped for, but it is never as bad as you think it is. One's head and heart have a way of making this sort of matter be bigger than it actually is.

[Not that they're baseless feelings, really, but one's perception can exaggerate them, sometimes]

I almost wish he was dissapointed in me. Ryouma, I mean. It'd be easier. Then I could just hate him properly.

[But he does know. He knows Kirumi is right. Ryouma never stopped thinking highly of him.]
