[PuppetGillis emerges now from the Great Screaming Room to tell everyone its full of snake pictures and also Izou was there. He also shot him real fucking good (20) but then Shadow Izou dipped. McGillis could also use a heal.

So... the fourth room will be the Crushing Hell, and then "turning pyre" refers to the Burning Hell?

It would seem so. By "turning", they likely refer to the spits being cooked over flames.

As these rooms are based on the various imaginings of hell, where human souls are tortured after death...

I choose to not think further on it.
