It means Mr. Okada is still mortal, and therefore can be killed. I do not think he would let it be easy, but I have exorcised ghosts and the undead [ (by literally punching them, sometimes) ], and fought Princes of the Earth and many bad people.
...So I think I can "take on the demon".
