[V'rhas's tone is still conversational, still casual, but he lets that hang there for a moment before continuing.]

Only a few of you know the truth behind "Fray". But perhaps the rest of you are starting to get an idea after what you've seen. I'm curious, do any of you have a guess at who - or what "Fray actually is?

[ Sunrise seems to be thinking for a long, long moment, in the way of someone who doesn't want to answer until the thought has fully formed in her head.

When she does answer, it's with a slight questioning lilt, in an uncommon moment of her having intonation without putting conscious effort into it. ]

...Someone born from a person's feelings?

[ She isn't actually sure. It's just her gut answer from how what she saw cleaved a little close to the feelings that, in a sense, make up her too, and she knows what she is. ]

[V'rhas waits patiently for her answer. He doesn't rush her, and when she arrives at her conclusion, he nods, ears flicking upward.]

Very good, Sunrise! That's correct: Fray is a being born of emotions - more specifically, my emotions.

Part of what you felt certainly was his feelings. Though to answer your earlier question, Arven... Those memories are mine. "Fray" was not around at that point, but since he is borne from my feelings, it makes sense that he likewise has similar thoughts and feelings on them.

His feelings are that of the suffering and pain for what you've been through. He is a proactive, direct... Sometimes violent person.

Very good. He is what I feel and think, what I cannot bring myself to say or act on. He is the part of me that I wanted to close myself off from, to never acknowledge.

And yet here he is, with all of you. I can't help but wonder why that is.

That's correct, yes. He told you as much himself, did he? I'm surprised he actually told you - he certainly took his time telling me.

[Despite the words, V'rhas doesn't sound surprised in the slightest. He doesn't address the second statement.]

[ Argenti pauses at that, eyebrows furrowing, before closing his eyes for a moment, sparkling just a little. ]

It was a surprise to me as well...but, we had bonded so close together, that we've become very much intertwined together by an intense bond that turned passionate and deep as the days passed us by.

I am honored to be by his side as his dear beloved one.

[ He can say this too. Remind this person who must be an essential part of Fray's heart, rather than necessarily the phantasm of the Warrior of Light, how important and dear Fray is to him. ]

[The biggest difference between V'rhas and Fray is that V'rhas does not immediately turn red and look like he wants the floor to consume him when being confronted with any sort of affection.]

I know nothing I say will sway you, of all people. Yet I must ask anyway: do you truly wish to walk this path? Knowing who and what he is, knowing that you will have to fight, will you continue on?

[ That is such a large difference by far. But, that is what separates the two of them as individuals...his Fray and this image of 'V'rhas'. That is if this is not something layered.

Though, Argenti does pass a good-humored smile rather shortly when the other man says that very first sentence like good!! ]

Of course. I am a Knight of Beauty, but also the love of Fray's life, the beautiful and devoted companion who shall stand through even the furthest depths of darkness to reach out to him.

I shall ensure that he is reminded that he is never alone. That he remembers well each and every day we spent together in everlasting love, filled to the brim with beautiful affection that never dies.

I will be there to embrace him even when he feels cold, and his heart far too distant, too barren - when in fact, it is the warmest part of him. I shall remind him of the love that lies sleeping inside; that has already bloomed.

...And I will be there, no matter how he feels about having had a part in facing me down in a place like this. Somewhere where his own feelings, his own thoughts, and his own doubts, among an innumerable amount of challenges that have been stirred awake, not even by his own hand entirely, but by that dreadful God of Conflict has had a hand in bringing alive.

I was hoping you all would see reason and turn around; leave this place and him behind and focus on taking out the God of Conflict. But it would seem that the others are intent on dragging him back with them.
