He's going up to the forefront, casting another Rakukaka on himself, drawing his sword with his tail, then jumping at that barrier, attacking with Vicious Strike with his katana (16). If this barrier comes down, surely it would stun both of them enough to stop casting, right?
If nothing else, Shalem would be right nearby and likely the first one hit, and that'd be better for everyone else, potential for the ice element aside.]
