[Don’t most of them have weapons on them… is hospital party actually going to turn into jail party!! Not that he’s going to protest this, because he’s not exactly keen to watch Jordi die either, and that’s not even mentioning that a good number of them could probably use professional medical attention (himself included).
But still. Let him be a little exasperated at this whole mess.]
Hope you’ve got a plan on how to explain all this, man.
[because really, what do they have here. larp party gone wrong????]
That's as good as anything - we're going to want to have them run a blood type test on Jordi before anything else though, because if his isn't human then they might just make it worse.
[ Nodding sagely. ]
If his blood is human, we can still just go with freak skin mutations and the like. Hopefully the doctors will be too unmotivated to ask too many questions, as is usual for this city, but motivated enough to do their job.
[ Also putting his gun back into his usual 'hidden by clothes' way of wearing it now. ]
For starters, drinking blood would do absolutely nothing for him. The blood doesn't have any nutritional value that needs to be digested - rather we want it inside his veins so it can continue providing the different parts of his body with the adequate support they need to keep functioning.
Then, no, we are not going to perform the transfusion ourselves and least of all by cutting somebody open. That is unsanitary and unsafe. Blood is moved from inside the body to outside and vice versa with a sterile syringe, to prevent infection.
Third, hospitals already have large amounts of blood stored away in cooling that was given by volunteers earlier on. Unless Jordi has an extremely unusual - yet still human - blood type, none of us will need to give our own blood. And even if we did, it would be performed in a medical environment and not cause anything more than mild dizziness in the donor.
[ good lord, where does he start. mcgillis might as well have actually just broken the auto translator and started talking in his own language, but soujuurou could not make out heads or tails of any of it. what are veins? what’s unsanitary? hell, what’s a blood type?????
soujuurou stares at mcgillis blankly, but then turns. ]
Actually, never mind. We just don’t have to feed him blood then?
[ however. ]
I still think the Nekiya is better. Less people will see him, and we don’t have to deal with their unfriendliness. Things may be worse for us there.

Extra-realistic cosplay and an accident where something blew up, maybe.
[ shrugs. he's saying this extremely deadpan. ]

[ i need you to know that soujuurou’s idea of a “blood transfusion” is not even close to how the procedure is done. ]

I don't think healing spells replace blood, dear.

[ So Sunrise figures what they're trying to do now is to take the necessary steps to support Jordi's recovery after...all that. ]
