Orthus is still useless. His dogs are much better. Gooder boys. Get wrekt, Dionysus.
...Oh, but okay, apparently he's going to wreck shop on his own. This is fine. (This isn't fine.)
The
heelheal helps him to not be quite as roughed up, though (see? His dog is better.), so he doesn't have to waste time doing a piddly little heal on himself and can instead give each of the enemies a Demonic Decree. A light useless hit for the useless dog (11), and a much harder one for Dionysus (19).]
