It's a brutal barrage when things do strike, and Ame-no-Uzume recoils from Argenti- she is indeed weak to Psy!

So in turn, she casts Tentarafoo on Mafuyu (5), Argenti (17), Yi Sang (13), and McGillis (8), inflicting light damage and Confusion upon Argenti and Yi Sang specifically. For thos confused, for every action, perform a coin flip to see if it is used on the intended target. Heads = yes | Tails = no.

She then casts Bufula (16) on Yi Sang.

Orthus casts Maragion on Celeste (12), Argenti (15), Yi Sang (14) and McGillis (11) before charging and sinking it's fangs into Mafuyu's arm with Assault Drive...except it trips and fumbles (3), missing her completely.

Narcissus casts Mediarama, and then Magarula on McGillis (1), Mafuyu (8), Celeste (16) and Yi Sang (12) but only hitting the latter two. In fact, he seems a bit sheepish on how far off the mark he was from hitting McGillis...


But then it's Dionysus's turn. First he casts Debilitate on Yi Sang, debuffing his attack, defense and agility for three turns. He then casts Maziodyne on Celeste (11 (-1)), McGillis (9 (-1)), Yi Sang (3(-1)), and Argenti (18(-1)), hitting only Argenti. And for his final action, he casts Heat Wave on Mafuyu (3), Argenti (19 (-1)), McGillis (7), and Yi Sang (3), hitting only Argenti.

[ Eli's back on his feet with a Rakukaja on Celeste first, and then he's lunging after the Narcissus for even daring to hit his boyfriend. ]

[ With Garm in tow, they both hit the Narcissus (12), although that's more of a glancing blow than anything else. ]

[ Argenti getting attacked four times...and those are pretty high hit values; surprisingly for how much he's participated in battles, he has gotten really accustomed to not drawing a lot of aggro. Glancing hits at best! Sometimes more rougher ones occasionally in a Palace - he hadn't exactly forgotten getting critical'd and his weakness hit those two (separate) times, after all...

But this? Argenti lets out a cry of pain, and he wipes a bit of blood from his mouth. He is also hit with Confusion, to make it worse, but despite it, suddenly his mind clears for a moment (1) as someone has his knight training to rely on. Even if the status effect isn't gone just yet.

Kirumi's heal reaching him is kind of a relief, though he decides to turn his attention to strike out with a Psioydne (11) aimed towards Ame-no-Uzume. Just barely hitting; he's still too out of it to consider hitting any more monsters.

...And then, oh there happens to arrive Mafuyu's heal. He spares the two ladies a quick look of appreciation. ]

[When hit with the fire spell (why is it always fire???), there's the immediate startled reflex, yes, but it's so quickly put out with the wind that he barely has a chance to register it... though it is likely why the wind hits him so much harder.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Rakukaja is traded for a Rakukaja on Eli, before having just about enough of this bitch and hitting Dionysus with a hard Demonic Decree (17 -1) for severe Curse damage.]

Medea, lets fuck these assholes up!

[Don't worry about why Izou was late, he got held up by some other shadows or something it's fine!!! He's running up, Medea psychically projecting his sword into a larger, spectral blade that he swings to hit all the shadows with a Vicious Strike that hits Dionysus, Narcissus, and Ame-no Uzume (11, 15, 17) but misses Orthus (7)

He has no context for what's going on here, but Kirumi said kill Narcissus so he follows up with an Eigaon on Narcissus (14). The dark black void shadows have instead of blood gushes out onto him and he cackles like he's having an incredible time.]

[ Damn, not this thing... Up is down and left is right, and the attacks do hurt. But Yi Sang manageS to keep his head straight (1) to cast Energy Shower onhimself and Argenti to cleanse off the Confusion. The Debilitate on him is a pain
but still. ]

Even if we are hampered...

[ Yeoubi howls and ghostlike curses from Maeiga strike at the demons, only missing Dionysius himself (12, 13, 19, 9). He's content to have hit Narcissus the hardest because fuck his heals. ]
